Due to the custom nature of our gift wrapping services, returns are generally not applicable as the service has been performed and materials have been used. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your wrapped items to discuss potential solutions.
For any issues with the wrapping quality or if the wrapping does not meet the specifications agreed upon, we will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include re-wrapping the items at no additional cost.
If a return or re-wrapping is approved, the items must be returned in their original condition. The wrapping materials must be intact, and the items must not have been damaged after our service was provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or re-wrapping services if the items have been damaged due to mishandling, if the return request is made beyond the specified time period, or if the items do not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.
If a return or re-wrapping is necessary due to an error on our part or a quality issue, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is requested for reasons other than quality issues or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All return shipments must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using appropriate packaging materials and insurance for valuable items.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the items or arrange for pickup if applicable.
Upon receipt of returned items, we will inspect them and process your request accordingly. If re-wrapping is approved, we will complete the work and return the items to you within the agreed timeframe.
Custom-designed wrapping that has been specifically created according to your specifications and cannot be reused for other purposes is generally non-returnable. Additionally, items that have been personalized with names, dates, or other custom elements cannot be returned.
Wrapping services that have been completed and delivered, and where the customer has accepted the work, are considered final and non-returnable unless there is a quality issue or error on our part.
This return policy is in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. Your rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer rights, those rights shall apply in addition to the terms of this policy.

Orders for gift wrapping services may be cancelled before the work begins. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received before work has commenced will receive a full refund.
If work has already begun, cancellation may be subject to a partial charge based on the materials used and work completed. We will discuss cancellation terms with you on a case-by-case basis.
For rush orders or orders with specific deadlines, cancellation may not be possible if the work is already in progress or if cancellation would prevent us from meeting other commitments.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
For quality issues or errors on our part, we will process a full refund or provide re-wrapping services at no additional cost, at your discretion. For cancellations before work begins, a full refund will be provided.
Partial refunds may be provided in cases where work has been partially completed but cannot be finished due to circumstances beyond our control, or if cancellation occurs after work has begun.
